MEMBERSHIP FAQ’S
Membership payments are taken on the day of purchasing your membership.
For Rolling and Contracted Memberships, your payment date is on the same day each month.
If you would like to change your payment date, please let us know by contacting us here.
The minimum age requirement to become a member is 13 years old*.
*Members aged 13-14 years must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 when attending the gym.
Members aged 15+ can use the gym at any time without adult supervision.
Once you have purchased a Joint or Family membership package, you can link additional members using the following steps:
- Each additional user must register their own account online or on the Fierce Fitness App.
- Once registered fill out the following form by clicking here
- Memberships are linked within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).
The entry system is managed by a 3rd party app called Kisi. More information on how to use Kisi can be found here.
If you chose to opt-out of your induction, we highly recommend coming during manned hours during your first visit to ensure your door entry system is working.
Membership and payments can be frozen for 1-3 months.
If you are on a rolling membership or nearing the end of your contract period and need to cancel your membership you can do so by clicking here.
As per the terms and conditions accepted when purchasing your membership, we require at least 14 days notice of cancellation.
FACILITIES FAQ’S

Access to the gym outside of these hours is available via the rear entrance for all memberships purchased on the app.
You can access to the gym outside of manned hours using the rear entrance.
The entry system is managed by a 3rd party app called Kisi. More information on how to use Kisi can be found here.
When the room is unavailable there will be a yellow and black “class in progress” sign outside the door.

Saturday | 10am – 4pm
The smoothie bar is available to both members and non-members during manned hours.
Free Wifi is available to all members. To use the wifi, please refer to the sign on the reception desk which contains the network name and password.
2 hours Free parking is available directly behind the gym. There is no need to purchase a ticket as the car park uses a number plate camera to log when you enter and exit the car park.
The carpark is managed by Euro Car Parks and any further enquires, fines and disputes are handled by them directly.
Fierce Fitness is unable to assist with any penalty notices issued by Euro Car Parks.
FIRECE APP
- Open the Fierce Fitness App and click the profile icon in the top right of the app.
- Click the edit profile icon on the top right of the profile page.
- Enter your contact number under “phone“
- Click “Save Details” at the bottom of the page.
- Fully close and re-open the app.
If your check-in button hasn’t appeared, please contact us for more assistance.
- Open the Fierce Fitness App and click the profile icon in the top right of the app.
- Click the “Payments”
- From here you can remove, add and update payment details.
- On the bottom of the Fierce Fitness App click “Bookings”
- select the class you wish to cancel
- click “Cancel”
Please give as much notice as possible to allow others to book. Continued late cancellations and non-attendance may result in a temporary suspension of your booking privileges.
KISI
If you have set up NFC then there is no need to even open the app. Just press the back of your phone to the reader to gain entry.
Kisi requires the following permissions to be active to allow entry:
- Bluetooth
- Location Services (apple)
- Location Permissions (Android)
- Mobile Data / WiFi connection
If you are having issues, please open the Kisi app and check the yellow warning bar near the top of the screen. This will give you instructions on how to fix this.
In rare cases where your phone is incompatible or having ongoing issues, we can provide a physical key fob. If you require a fob, please contact us by clicking here

If you have been logged out, you may be asked for an organisation domain. Please enter: “fiercefitnessgym” all lowercase and no spaces.
Once entered, please log in with your registered details.
CLASSES FAQ’S
From time to time we may run a “Bring a Friend for Free” special offer. To book a friend onto a class click the “add guest” button when booking your class. There is no need for them to register.
Fierce App

- On the bottom of the Fierce Fitness App click “Bookings”
- select the class you wish to cancel
- click “Cancel”
Online
-
- On the “Classes” page of the Fierce Website click “Login / Register” button at the top of the schedule.
- Click on the “Profile” button at the top of the schedule.
- Click “Cancel” next to the class you wish to cancel.
Please give as much notice as possible to allow others to book. Continued late cancellations and non-attendance may result in a temporary suspension of your booking privileges.
Class credits will automatically be applied for any future bookings.
If your class credit was issued due to a cancellation, you will only be able to use this for the same class type.
Please ensure you are logged into your account.
The class you are booking may be past your membership end date.
