Fierce Fitness offer a huge range of fitness classes catered to all abilities. All standard classes are free with any of our Memberships (excluding Day Passes) as well as Pay As You Go options for non-members.

CLASSES FAQ’S

Non-members can book classes on a Pay As You Go basis by booking online or using the Fierce Fitness App. They will need to register their own account to book.

From time to time we may run a  “Bring a Friend for Free” special offer. To book a friend onto a class click the “add guest” button when booking your class. There is no need for them to register.

Fierce App

    1. On the bottom of the Fierce Fitness App click “Bookings”
    2. select the class you wish to cancel
    3. click “Cancel”

Online

    1. On the “Classes” page of the Fierce Website click “Login / Register” button at the top of the schedule.
    2. Click on the “Profile” button at the top of the schedule.
    3. Click “Cancel” next to the class you wish to cancel.

Please give as much notice as possible to allow others to book. Continued late cancellations and non-attendance may result in a temporary suspension of your booking privileges. 

Class credits will automatically be applied for any future bookings.

If your class credit was issued due to a cancellation, you will only be able to use this for the same class type. 

Please ensure you are logged into your account.

The class you are booking may be past your membership end date.

If your class was cancelled, you will be automatically issued a class credit. This can be used to book a class of the same type in the future at no extra cost.

We are unable to issue refunds for cancelled classes.
